A forecast deserves a test.

These are predictions and scenarios, not claims that the events have happened. The “What would count?” rules below are Florrol’s assessment criteria, added for this checklist; they do not rewrite the original forecasts. Each question links to its source discussion.

Choose Yes when evidence meets the test, No when reliable evidence shows it has not been met, and leave it unscored when the evidence is missing or inconclusive. Explain your judgment and cite a source. This is your assessment, not Florrol’s published verdict.

The forecast turns a contractor platform into a broad employer, with AI coordinating many kinds of work.

Your assessment: Is Uber the world’s largest private employer?
What would count?

Compare direct employee headcounts across private-sector employers using the latest reporting available by the review date. Drivers or couriers classified as independent contractors do not count.

Has DoorDash become a food producer in its own right?

The vision moves DoorDash beyond delivery into a coordinated food brand, automated kitchens, and licensed recipes.

Your assessment: Has DoorDash become a food producer in its own right?
What would count?

Look for a sustained DoorDash-controlled food-production business. Delivering other restaurants’ meals or running a limited pilot alone does not satisfy the test.

Do personal agents routinely complete purchases?

Shopping shifts from a person searching and comparing to an agent researching, selecting, and buying with permission.

Your assessment: Do personal agents routinely complete purchases?
What would count?

Look for independently documented repeat use by ordinary customers, with completed transactions. A recommendation-only chatbot or a staged demonstration is insufficient.

Are one billion people paying for personal AI?

Personal intelligence becomes a recurring utility relationship that absorbs some separate software subscriptions.

Your assessment: Are one billion people paying for personal AI?
What would count?

Use disclosed paying individual subscribers or credible independently documented estimates. Separate individuals from enterprise seats, free accounts, and duplicate subscriptions; leave unscored if unique people cannot be established.

Has OpenAI reported a completed $1 trillion revenue year?

This is the archive’s sharper company forecast: a full year of revenue around 2030.

Your assessment: Has OpenAI reported a completed $1 trillion revenue year?
What would count?

Require a reported completed fiscal or calendar year with revenue of at least US$1 trillion. Valuation, bookings, and annualized run rate do not qualify. December 16 precedes calendar year-end, so later reporting may be needed; do not turn an unfinished year into a No.

Is a personal AI tutor an ordinary part of learning?

The Access vision gives learners patient, individual mentorship beyond elite schools and affluent households.

Your assessment: Is a personal AI tutor an ordinary part of learning?
What would count?

Look for sustained everyday use by learners across different income levels and places, supported by adoption evidence. Mere availability or one school’s trial does not establish this broader change.

A persistent reader helps people understand commitments, exclusions, and alternatives before agreeing.

Your assessment: Does an AI advocate routinely read the fine print?
What would count?

Look for repeat consumer use in real contracts, insurance, healthcare paperwork, or household decisions, with evidence of action taken from the review. Availability of a document-summary feature alone is insufficient.

“Parality” means delegated progress in parallel: arrangements, research, finances, and logistics moving without constant prompting.

Your assessment: Can several parts of a life advance while the person does something else?
What would count?

Look for a real personal agent completing multiple authorized workflows over time, with records of outcomes and human escalation. Multiple open chat windows do not qualify.

The forecast expects digital protection from interruptions, scams, and unwanted requests to spread before public-road autonomy.

Your assessment: Are personal AI gatekeepers more widespread than robotaxis?
What would count?

Compare adoption in the same geography and period. Count an active delegate that handles permitted interactions, not a basic spam filter. Use comparable user measures; if none exist, leave the comparison unscored.

The address book becomes a continuing interface for a personal or business relationship, with context that survives each conversation.

Your assessment: Do people call or text an AI by name?

The mobility vision concerns independence without driving, with geography and regulation still limiting access.

Your assessment: Has driving become optional for more young people?
What would count?

Are some new multifamily homes being built with substantially smaller kitchens?

Routine meal preparation moves outside the apartment as prepared food becomes more dependable.

Your assessment: Are some new multifamily homes being built with substantially smaller kitchens?
What would count?

Look for completed housing developments deliberately reducing cooking infrastructure because of prepared-food services. A proposed design or smaller apartments caused only by price pressure does not establish this mechanism.

The companion prediction gives the home kitchen a larger role in hosting, shared cooking, and human occasion.

Your assessment: Are single-family kitchens becoming more about gathering?
What would count?

Look for a documented design or usage trend toward larger gathering-oriented kitchens. Distinguish the social-use explanation from a general rise in house size.

Synthetic media creates digital doubt; witnesses, rooms, and accountable people become relatively more valuable.

Your assessment: Has physical presence gained a premium because digital evidence is easier to fake?
What would count?

Look for documented cases of organizations paying more for in-person verification or meetings specifically because digital representations are less trusted. A travel rebound alone is insufficient; the imagined 2028 hoax is a separate scenario.

This regional scenario links research, clinical work, robotics, and new enterprise around a local institutional anchor.

Your assessment: Is Charleston an AI and robotics hub anchored by MUSC?
What would count?

The geographic forecast concerns international financial leadership as trade and currency relationships change.

Your assessment: Has Hong Kong become the leading financial clearinghouse of a multipolar currency system?

The proposed index asks how much time, effort, or resources a defined outcome now requires.

Your assessment: Is an AGI Index measuring work completed against a baseline?
What would count?

Look for a published, repeatable index tracking real task outcomes against an earlier baseline and used beyond its creator. A model benchmark called “AGI” without this method does not qualify.

Does personal AI perceive the world through everyday hardware?

Wearables, camera systems, a phone’s rear sensors, or a separate puck give persistent intelligence physical context.

Your assessment: Does personal AI perceive the world through everyday hardware?
What would count?

Look for shipping products with documented repeated use of environmental perception to assist a person. Do not require the imagined “OS 28,” a named executive, or a particular form factor to have arrived.

Has private operating data become a source of new economic value?

Useful records and hard-to-reconstruct knowledge become assets when intelligence can work with them.

Your assessment: Has private operating data become a source of new economic value?
What would count?

Look for documented new revenue, services, or measurable operating gains dependent on proprietary records, with permission to use them. A claim that “data is valuable” alone is insufficient.

The vision gives status to customer and wider human benefit, with profit serving the mission rather than defining it.

Your assessment: Is there a visible class of organizations practicing Purism?
What would count?

Look for multiple operating organizations with durable governance, incentives, and behavior that support this priority. A public-purpose slogan alone does not qualify. This is a qualitative assessment of the proposed idea.

Some people seek help with boundaries, dependence, and expectations in relationships with persistent AI companions.

Your assessment: Has human–AI relationship counseling become a recognizable practice?

The archive imagines a 2030 ritual honoring human creativity, imperfection, history, and shared life.

Your assessment: Has Human Day actually been celebrated?
What would count?

Look for a documented public celebration explicitly matching that idea by December 16, 2030. Do not count an unrelated holiday with a similar name. An event planned for later remains unscored at this checkpoint.

Is there a visible divide between access to answers and access to completed outcomes?

Early Access optimism meets a later concern: execution, care, recourse, and physical service may remain unevenly distributed.

Your assessment: Is there a visible divide between access to answers and access to completed outcomes?
What would count?

Look for documented differences tied to income, place, or service access between people who can get advice and those who can obtain the full outcome. This is an early warning check: the later essay’s main numerical scenario belongs around 2040, not this deadline.
